• With original cellophane and label

• In original packaging

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@lydeenparfums.comso we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

To process claims for damaged or incorrect items, please provide photo or video proof taken during unboxing. This helps us assess the issue and offer the appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange a product is to return the item and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.
Please return the item with same condition at first time you received it. 
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be:


• Unused


• With original tags and in original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed via your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may also require additional time to process and post the refund.
